We’ll deliver your parcel to a friend or relative’s house.
When you book a home to home delivery please let the other person know the time frame you chose for collection so they can leave the parcel outside. If the parcel cannot be left outside we will phone them.
We’ll collect your shopping from a retailer.
Before booking a collection with us from a retailer, you need to have purchased your item(s) from the retailer first. Let them know we will collect on your behalf. Then simply book a delivery below making sure to fill in the ‘Instructions’ box with your order details from the retailer.
